Relationship advice from a single person
Yes, I'm back to blogging.
Apparently, I decided to make a blog at 10:25 PM because I want this out of my system and fast.
Here's the only advice I'll give to all women out there.
Please, please, please, heal yourself before getting into a relationship. If you get into one with so many insecurities, you're not just hurting your significant other, you will also hurt the people around you indirectly. You may not see it, since you probably can only see you and your SO and all the fantastic things you are going to do when they're on your leash-but deep beneath that are a bunch of exasperated and bleeding people who just want to cut you up with a knife, why? You're choking them.
I hope you realize that your true worth isn't going to be defined by anyone or anything-instead, you have to know that you're not a waste of space, that the bullies lied to you, they aren't right and you're so much more than that.
Maybe you're too much for someone, but for somebody else-you're the cup of tea they wanted all along.
So that's it, I know being single is a drag-just see my past blog-but then again it's the best time to finally realize that you're God's beloved and you don't need anyone to complete you as you're already complete anyway. If the one comes, then yay! But you need to realize that they're just a bonus, and not the main reason why you live.
Ok, I'm done-have a scripture and I'll see you soon...I think.
Matthew 10:29-31
"Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows."
